I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cosy, perfect for the winter months, but it did get quite hot at times. The service was friendly, and they were more than happy to assist with our luggage. The location was brilliant, close to everything you need in Venice. The dining experience was mixed, with a great start to the day but lacking some promised facilities in reality.

The service was really polite overall, but we encountered an old man who didn't provide good customer service. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action, and made our stay worth every cent. As for the dining options, they were good with some delicious classic European breakfast choices. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
